John Hughes Kia

This office space within the 4S showroom masterfully blends warm timber tones with expansive floor-to-ceiling glass, establishing an environment that is both transparent and refined. The open layout intuitively zones areas for collaboration, client consultation, and staff respite, ensuring a seamless flow between focused work and interactive service. Designed to support both team efficiency and premium customer engagement, it acts as the functional and aesthetic core of the modern automotive retail experience.

Mount Pleasant  Landscape Design

The core landscape design challenge integrated the preservation of two existing trees. The master plan strategically divides the site into two distinct zones: the front yard, designed to separate pedestrian and vehicle circulation while incorporating aesthetic landscape and water features; and the backyard, which features a swimming pool and a dedicated zone for cultivating vegetables and fruit trees.

Boulder Street Landscape Design

The core landscape objective was to create a highly functional yet aesthetically pleasing backyard that caters to a young family with both children and a pet dog. The landscape design prioritizes safety and practicality by incorporating a large, open play area and selecting a non-toxic, odorless, and non-invasive plant palette. Key landscape features include a shaded pavilion, a fire pit zone, and organic, curvilinear forms that guide the layout. A dynamic water feature adds sensory interest and movement to the outdoor space.
